Homestead National Monument of America. Listen to “die singenden wanderers” German-American men’s choir from the German-American Society and learn from origami artist Linda Stephen how to fold paper stars, a traditional craft started in the 1830s in Germany.

January through March 29 Cut, Formed, Folded, Pressed: PAPER at Museum of Nebraska Art in Kearney. Linda’s “Pas de Deux” origami collage of dancing Sandhill Cranes is among the paper art works by 43 artists.
